This week is the Fall 2008 Bloggy Giveaways Quarterly Carnival, and if you’ve never entered a giveaway carnival, you won’t want to miss this one! At the time of this writing, there were almost 1200 opportunities to win something. You’ll need to visit the participating blogs to find out how to enter each giveaway, so if you find the idea of visiting 1200 blogs exhausting, just go through the list and pick the ones that interest you the most.
For my giveaway, I’ll send one lucky winner this triangular-bottom, embellished zip pouch. It measures approximately 4-1/2″ x 7″, is lined, has a ribbon and bead zip pull, and is sturdy enough to stand up on its flat little bottom. And you never know, I might just put a little surprise inside (time willing!). I’ll even pay for shipping.
All you have to do to enter is leave me a comment on this post (and this post only!), and tell me what goodies you would keep in a zip pouch. Be sure you leave a valid email so I can contact you if you win. On Sunday, November 2nd at approximately 8 pm Central time, I’ll use a random number generator to pick a winner and will notify her/him by email. You don’t need your own blog in order to enter, just an email address.

I would love to use this to help organize my purse!

I love the colors, the stitching, the shape, and the size. It would be my take-my-personal-stuff-to-work bag.
I just started a new job where I don’t have a permanent office. I just use various desks, so I would use this to put my stuff in that I would want at my desk: chapstick, mini-brush, ibuprofen (my very good friend these days), tweezers, nail clippers, and change.
But I would want to take it out a few times a day to show it off, so that’s why I’d put my things in there that I use at my desk.

Cell phone, id and the ever important snack bar for my toddler. I hate carrying a big purse so a small zip pouch like this to carry the essentials in is perfect for me.

LOVE IT! I would keep it as “my” bag inside of the diaper bag so it would have my brush and lipgloss…and you know mommy stuff!

How inspiring — an empty bag! And it’s a beautiful one… I would put a soother for my son in those rare moments he needs it still, some lip gloss, a pill holder, nail clippers — what possibilities!!! I’d be able to carry those essentials in this bag and put it inside my messenger bag or put it in my stroller when I’m on the road! Thanks for the giveaway!
That is one beautiful pouch! Love the colors. I am so low maint. that I just have to think way to hard in order to find enough stuff to carry around in a purse. I only need a few things. Okay two; my cell and my debit card. Everything else can stay in the car lol. So… I would prob. carry this beautiful thing as a purse – my debit card, cell phone, keys… I might put a few other things in there, altho’ I’d have to think about it. lol.

Wow what a beautiful pouch! I would use it to keep my daily medication in my bag.
To make cahnging purses easier i keep most of the itms n my purse in seperate pouches (I have big purses). so I would either keep make-up or things like gum tweeers and lip balm.
It’s lovely, I’d put my makeup in it.
I love that bag! It’s so pretty! I like to keep things organized in my purse, so I would probably use it to keep all my purse extras in….like, lip gloss, mirror, extra eyeliner…etc!

I like to keep stuff in my bag in (some sort of) order, so I’d use the pouch for all those little items I don’t seem to be able to leave home without.
I would keep candy, lipstick, my wallet…and my Tums (I don’t leave the house without those this pregnancy!!) in it! Beautiful bag!

Which brings us to the contents ; I would keep my DVR recorder that I take everywhere and it gets chocolate on it just tossed in my purse, my notepad and pen and address book. I wouldn’t want that pretty little bag soiled.

I would use to this to keep some makeup while traveling, or I would use to keep some money and cellphone for a quick trip to the mall.

I keep one of these in each of our suitcases. With our deodorant, toothbrushes, tooothpaste, ect … this way we’re always ready for a weekend trip or vacation, without worrying about having no way to brush our teeth.
I would love to use it for my important stuff like my cell phone and chapstick.
This looks like it would be the perfect size for my make-up brushes. I don’t like putting them in drawers because they get lost among the random brick-a-brack & I can’t leave them out because my cat thinks they’re her “babies” & steals them!
I would put in my driver’s license, credit card, and chapstick and throw it into my daughter’s diaper bag. I HATE having to carry both a purse and another tote for all her stuff.
